How SoomroLabs handles your information.

Information we collect

Information you provide

We may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website or Google Business Profile, preferred contact method, business goals, project details, and anything else you include in an inquiry, call, email, form, or other communication.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website, we and our service providers may collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, referring page, approximate location, timestamps, and campaign or advertising attribution data. We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for these purposes.

Information from other sources

We may receive information from advertising platforms such as Meta or Google when you submit a lead form or interact with one of our campaigns, and from business partners, referral sources, public business listings, or a CRM when relevant to your inquiry or our services.

Why we collect and use information

• To respond to inquiries, prepare a customer acquisition plan, provide quotes, and deliver requested services.
• To contact leads by email or phone about their inquiry, including follow-up questions and relevant service information.
• To manage client and lead relationships, schedule meetings, and maintain records in our CRM.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website, advertising, services, and customer experience.
• To measure campaign performance, understand how people find us, and improve marketing.
• To prevent fraud, protect our rights, comply with law, and enforce our agreements.

If you submit an inquiry, you authorize SoomroLabs to contact you using the email address or phone number you provide about that inquiry. You can ask us to stop marketing communications at any time. Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent when necessary.

How information is stored and protected

Information may be stored in our email systems, CRM, cloud-hosted website systems, advertising accounts, project-management tools, and other service-provider systems. These systems may process or store information in the United States or other countries where the provider operates.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.

How we share information

We may share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate our business, deliver services, communicate with leads and clients, measure performance, or comply with law. Depending on how you interact with us, these providers may include:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. for Facebook and Instagram advertising, lead forms, pixels, campaign measurement, and audience tools.
• Google for advertising, analytics, business-profile services, email, and related tools.
• Vercel for website hosting, delivery, security, and technical logs.
• Form and email providers used to transmit website inquiries and support communications.
• Our CRM and marketing automation providers to organize leads, record communications, and send follow-ups or reminders.
• Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
• A successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate protections.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices or on our behalf, depending on the service.

We do not sell personal information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose limited identifiers, device data, and activity information to advertising or analytics providers such as Meta and Google to measure campaigns or show relevant advertising. Some privacy laws may define those disclosures as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” even when no money changes hands.

You may request that we stop using or disclosing your information for targeted advertising by contacting us at the email below. You can also adjust cookie or advertising settings in your browser and within Meta or Google.

Your privacy choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, receive a copy, restrict or object to certain processing, or opt out of targeted advertising or marketing communications.

To make a request, email info@soomrolabs.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may ask for proof of authorization. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
